Blended Learning

Multimedia Instructional Design is at the leading edge of technological and pedagogical advances in Computer Based Instruction. We have seen a marked change in the type of E-learning solution demanded by our clients and we have responded to these needs by offering advice, consultancy and development services in blended learning solutions.

Projects:


1. Blended Learning Project for small business owners
This EU funded project was undertaken by MMID for Waterford Institute of Technology and Wexford County Enterprise Board. It involved the design of a blended learning program for individuals that are starting their own business or considering doing so at some stage in the future. The project included the development of fifteen hours online content in addition to instructor led content in a blended format that met the needs of the participants.

MMID also project managed the adminstration, documentation and grant application stages of this project.


2. Online courseware for Secondary School teachers
This project involves the design of eighteen hours of online content for teachers that are undertaking a Certificate in Teaching Enterprise. The project is undertaken by MMID on behalf of Celtic Enterprises in Wexford, it is also EU funded. MMID also provided support in the design of the instructor led element of this programme.
